For the Metal People (stylized in all caps) is the sixth studio EP by AURORA. It serves as the final themed collection in the EP/playlist series and was released on March 4, 2021.[1]

Aurora first teased the EP on March 3, 2021, through a link to to sign up to her mailinglist.[2][3]
"As some of you know, I come from the country sides of Norway. And though I may not always fit in here, I do understand one thing that all Norwegians love - heavy metal. I am very honored to have warriors and weirdos who can understand that heavy side of music with me. And enjoy the heaviness and depth and darkness music can offer us.
