"Take Me Back Home" is a song written by Hans Zimmer & Camila Cabello, produced by Russell Emanuel and arranged by Anže Rozman[2] for BBC's nature documentary TV show Frozen Planet II. The original song featured on a promotional video for the BBC show[3] and was broadcast on BBC Radio 1, but was not officially released.
AURORA joined BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra conducted by Ben Palmer to sing the song live on 8/27/2022 at Earth Prom in another promotion for the BBC show.[4]
